Temperature Range
The temperature range tells you how hot the dehydrator can get, which is important because different foods dry best at different temperatures. Herbs and delicate foods need lower temperatures, while meats for jerky require higher heat for safety. Airflow System

Ease of Cleaning
Dehydrators can get sticky, especially when drying fruits. Removable trays and parts that are dishwasher-safe make cleaning much easier. If you want to save time and effort, check that the trays and other components are easy to take apart and clean.
Noise Level
